How to Calculate the Standard error and Standard deviation of the IC50

In this video i demonstrate how to calculate the Standard error and Standard deviation of the IC50 in Graphpad Prism versions 6 and below. The equation required to calculate the standard error comes pre-packaged with Versions 7 and above, but not in the earlier versions (6 and earlier). In order to get around this, I create a custom equation in version 6, which allows me to calculate the Standard error of the IC50.
