Today i am canning cherry tomatoes. This is how i do it. I use a water bath canner. It's a simple way to preserve them, and they have such a great fresh taste. They can be canned with hot water, or a vinegar brine. You can mix flavors around, and find your favorites. Here are some combinations i like.
Balsamic vinegar, and thyme
Onion, cilantro, and garlic
Basil and garlic
Apple cider vinegar, rosemary
Basil, oregano, and onion
