Duplicate the base image by typing ctrl shift D Double click the copy and call it blur. After that, go to filters and select Selective Gussian Blur. Change the blur radius to 15. And the max delta to 0.65 Then click OK. Select the main layer on the layers panel and make a copy clicking ctrl shift D Name this layer lines. Move the layer up Once your done, go to filters ,go to edge detect and click on Neon. Change the Radius to 3. And intensity to 0.060 Then click ok. Go to colors and click invert. Click on colors again, go down to desaturate. Ensure the mode is on Luminance. Then click ok. Go back to colors and click brightness and contrast. Change the brightness to -10 And contrast to 40. Then click ok. Now,change the mode to Multiply. In the layers tab, make a copy of the blur layer and name it brushes. Go to colors and click invert. Click mode and change it to Dodge. Now, to start painting, Change the opasity to around 10. Change the Brush to Acrylic 01. Increase the size of the brush to around 700 and start painting.
