It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...17, 19, hut, hut, hike. In this video, Danielle Ate the Sandwich shows you how to change the strings of a BARITONE ukulele. The baritone is tuned D, G, B, E. (Most soprano, concert and tenor ukuleles are tuned G, C, E, A.) Q: How often should I change the strings? A: At least once a year! Q: What sort of strings should I use? A: You should try a few types to find the ones you like. A: Your ukulele, a set of new strings, a clip on tuner or online tuner, a wire cutter, an instrument stand or safe place to set your ukulele, OPTIONAL ITEMS: microfiber cloth, peg winder, awesome hat Q: Which direction do I turn the tuning pegs?
