Q: How often should I change the strings?
A: At least once a year!
Q: What sort of strings should I use?
A: You should try a few types to find the ones you like. The ones I’m using in this video are fluorocarbon ukulele strings, found here:

Q: What do I need to change my strings?
A: Your ukulele, a set of new strings, a clip on tuner or online tuner, a wire cutter, an instrument stand or safe place to set your ukulele, OPTIONAL ITEMS: microfiber cloth, peg winder, awesome hat
Q: Which direction do I turn the tuning pegs?
A: D and G strings are wound counter clockwise
B and E strings are wound clockwise
