Cleaned Chitterlings
2 Stalks of Celery
1 large onion
1 Green Bell Pepper and 1 Red Bell Pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Slap ya mama seasoning (you can sub in your favorite seasoning for this)
White Potatoes
