Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this episode, Cher shows techniques specific to water soluble markers (water based markers- not alcohol based markers) using common card stock. Cher uses 110 pound card stock for this example and an image from Ancient Alchemy Coloring Book. She covers methods involving brushes, blending palette and mist sprays. As always, Cher encourages viewers to play with whatever supplies they have access to and seeing what creations can be developed from those tools. She also gives you a rare glimpse of her creating in real time. Cher also has a video using gesso and water soluble (water based) markers (https://youtu.be/-mDlDJIsA4Y), which shows another technique using coloring book pages directly out of the book and water markers. #coloring #tips #art Examples from this book are from: Ancient Alchemy Coloring Book http://a.co/0jWYDUk Other videos you might enjoy: 12 Blending Tips for colored pencils https://youtu.be/luC6GMVBlbw How to color with gel pens https://youtu.be/qkOo0RoUB3Q Here's a link to the Tombow blending kit if you are interested in the tiny mister, blending palette and blending marker (I have no affiliation) http://a.co/aaGP93a Tombow blender pen by itself http://a.co/d1izOGt SUGGESTIONS: you can use a sheet protector or laminated piece of white paper or something similar as a blending palette. www.cherthefire.com www.facebook.com/cherthefire www.facebook.com/TheArtfulMandala www.facebook.com/pages/Meditative_Drawing_and_Art twitter: @cherthefire instagram: @cherthefire
