I will show you how to colour the first page in Ivy and The Inky Butterfly by Johanna Basford. I will show you how to blend a beautiful background, and as this page introduces Ivy, I will show you how to colour her hair, as well as skin tone and her dress.

All the greens are from Prismacolor Premier 36 set
While the remaining colours are from Faber-Castell Polychromos 120 set
If you wish to colour along the video is sped up to double speed, but you can change your viewing to half speed if needed.
