In this video, I try to explain to the best of my knowledge how to convert a 7 speed hub to a 8, 9 or 10 speed. I felt some information surrounding this was generally lacking, in particular the types of freewheels. More so, I’ve read countless times people claiming that the wheel does not need to be dished, which is not the case.
