Ingredients for Fish bone soup (2 servings)
Fish bones approx. 200 g
Water 2 cups
Kombu kelp 5 g
Sake 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Scallion 1/2
*This can be made with any fish bones and can also be seasoned with Soy sauce or Miso.
