2 1/2 cups of Egusi- ground
6-8 scotch bonnet Pepper/ atarodo
3 tatashe/bell pepper
8 Cayenne pepper/Shombo
4 Onions
1 cup Palm oil
10 pieces of beef
6 pieces Kpomo
8 pieces cowleg
Stockfish
½ tablespoon grated ginger
2 Dry fish-
1 tablespoon Iru/Locust beans
½ cup washed bitterleaf
Handful of shredded Ugu
Beef broth/water
3/4 cup ground Crayfish
½ tablespoon Cameroon pepper -
