Why should you create WhatsApp Automations?
WhatsApp is used by over 2 billion people every month, and that means that almost one-fourth of the planet is using WhatsApp to communicate daily.
So as a business, you want to tap into this channel. But manually replying to WhatsApp Conversations cost a lot of time and money.
So today, I will show you how you can create your first WhatsApp automation.
How do we create the WhatsApp automation?
So today, we will create a WhatsApp automation for an Airbnb rental company.
Let's say rent out apartments and you have over 10 different locations.
Then guests will come into your your apartment, and they will have questions like “What’s the wifi password” or “Can I stay longer?”
We can answer simple questions automatically. For more difficult questions, we can get the customer information and then connect it to a support agent, which can be you or someone on your team.
By doing this, you can help your customers on the channel that they’re already using.
And to make it even easier for them, you can also put up a poster at the front door of each apartment. And this poster has a title with “Have questions?” and a QR Code, that goes straight to your WhatsApp automation. So they can just scan the QR code and ask the question immediately, which improves the customer experience.
