You can cycle from Hampstead in north London to Marylebone in central London entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.
The route is 5km long (3.15 miles) and makes use of protected cycles lanes on Haverstock Hill, quiet streets around Marylebone, and a wide and clear section of the Regent's Canal tow path.
The journey takes around 20 minutes to ride, which is faster than the equivalent trip by public transport.
