Here is a simple yet effective concept tool for you to try and practice to get really comfortable moving your feet without feeling stuck, ever!
This concept is very beginner friendly so if you are brand new to learning how to dance, or have just started dancing for a few years this might be great for you! Also it can be stacked on top of other foundations, styles, movements, concepts for it to be more advanced!
As you can see, the possibilities are endless!

You can use this to any type of music btw, I'm dancing to lofi music because is calming for my soul haha (also i talk really slow oops lol)
