If you are an OTR driver or even a local driver with long shifts, you've probably had to deal with driver fatigue.

Driver fatigue can sneak up on you suddenly and rapidly sometimes, and it can be extremely dangerous if you're falling asleep in the middle of the highway.

Our driver Brian shares some of his insight regarding diet, sleep schedule, caffeine and sugar, last-minute tips and fallbacks, as well as a myriad of other tips to keep you staying awake and energized on the road.
