In this video you can see How to Decorate Cakes at Home. And there is an Easy Cake Recipe that is very easy to follow. The mini cakes are made with strawberries. I make 2 cakes and put them together with a homemade Strawberry Jelly. The strawberries I use for the jelly are frozen, I think they have more flavor. But of course you can also use fresh strawberries and if you think the berries don't have enough flavor, you can add a little more sugar when you blend them. I show 8 different decorations where I use buttercream to decorate with, among other things, and at the end of the video I show how you can easily make the buttercream. In the buttercream I add 1 tbsp. cream, you can replace the cream with other liquids, it could be orange juice, coffee or something else. I also decorate with small roses made of modeling Chocolate, Link to modeling Chocolate below. I hope I have inspired you to make sweet mini cakes at home.
