How to decoupage a terracotta pot from scratch with paper napkins

A simple how to video about how to transform an ordinary terracotta plant pot into something beautiful to give as a gift or keep for yourself! An easy decoupage technique using paper napkins and glue.

What you'll need:
Cream or white acrylic paint or chalk paint
A contrasting paint colour
Decoupage glue
Paper napkins
Water and a fine tipped brush
A paintbrush
Water based varnish
Cling film
Nail file
