Hello viewers,
Welcome to the ‘Betikrame Tech’ YouTube channel.
In this video, I will show you how to completely dismantle the centrifugal compressor (Catalyst Reduction Circulator i,e. a Centrifugal Compressor used in NH3 Plant) and it’s different spares.
In Urea Production NH3 Plant, it is used LTS (Low Temperature Shift Converter) Catalyst Reduction Circulator unit. The Circulator unit is a Centrifugal Compressor, as like a circulating Blower. This Circulator is used to heat-up catalyst by flowing N2 gas.

For some reason different parts like gear, shaft, bearing, casing, blower impeller and other parts of the compressor are highly damaged. Why this type of fault is occurred and what’s the reason it is identified. So to repair the damaged items at first we need to dismantle the parts and then repair that items. How we safely dismantle those parts, here it is shown clearly and completely.
