00 - Intro
19 - Trailer
37 - Getting Started
19 - Cords & Materials
59 - Step 1 : Fold a 150 cm cord on one end (leaving about 1" at the end) into a loop and attach 5 x 90 cm cords onto the loop with Reverse Lark's Head knots.
57 - Step 2 : Tighten the loop with the longer anchor cord end.
25 - Step 3 : With the long anchor cord end, make a full row of Double Half Hitch
("DHH") knots all around the loop
04 - Step 4 : Attach a 70 cm cord with a Reverse Lark's Head knot when there is a gap, then attach 2 or 3 DHH knots in between and repeat until a total of 4 x 70 cm cords are added in the row.
17 - Step 5 : Make a full row of DHH knots all around.
25 - Step 6 : Attach a 50 cm cord with a Reverse Lark's Head knot when there is a gap, then attach 3 or 4 DHH knots in between and repeat until a total of 5 x 50 cm cords are added in the row.
39 - Step 7 : Make a full row of DHH knots all around.
35 - Step 8 : Separate out 2 groups of 4 longer cords for the ears. There should be 2 cords in between the 2 groups.
02 - Step 9 : At the bottom, make a closing row of DHH knots. Include the working cord with the Anchor cord for the next DHH knot then snip off the newly added anchor cord & repeat.
55 - Step 10 : When you arrive at the ear cords, make 4 regular DHH knots, 2 closing DHH knots for the 2 cords in between, and then another 3 regular DHH knots.
29 - Step 11 : Finish off the side of the pattern with a row of closing DHH knots.
44 - Step 12 [Ears] : Overlap the 2 middle cords and attach a 25 cm Color #2 cord with a Reverse Lark's Head Plus Half Hitch ("RLHPHH") knot. Tighten the anchor cords.
01 - Step 13 : Weave a 30 cm cord through the far right cord, then with the middle right cord as a working cord, make a DHH knot onto the far right cord. Repeat the same on the left-side.
16 - Step 14 : Overlap the anchor cords and then attach 2 x 30 cm cords with Reverse Lark's Head knots.
20 - Step 15 : With the far right bottom cord end as the anchor cord, make a row of 4 DHH knots to the left. Repeat the same on the left-side.
37 - Step 16 : Overlap the anchor cords and with the remaining 2 vertical cords, make a DHH knot on each side with the 2 anchor cords in the middle.
22 - Step 17 : Repeat the same pattern on the other ear.
59 - Step 18 : Using a crochet hook/weaving needle, weave the cord ends through the knot loops at the back. Snip off excess. Note: avoid weaving the cords through the loops on the outer edge.
