Is your truck sluggish or have poor acceleration? Maybe your truck has a rough idle or is hard to start. If yes, then you need to do an ignition tune up. In this video, I show you how to replace the distributor cap and rotors, and the Ford Motorcraft spark plugs and 8mm spark plug wires. I also show you a few tricks, like using anti-seize, proper plug gapping, special spark plug socket from Gearwrench, and lastly the spark plug wire pulling pliers.
