In this video, I explain how I created realistic looking blonde hair using graphite pencils. Grab your supplies and let's get started!
NOTE: Please know that at this stage in my art journey, I am still learning. This video is simply how I created this look and is by no means meant to be the only technique on how to draw hair. I hope you find it helpful.
MATERIALS I USED:
* Paper: 9”x12” Strathmore 300 series, Bristol smooth surface
* Pencils: Conté à Paris graphite set (3H and HB). Staedtler Mars lumograph Black 6B, mechanical pencil 0.5mm with 4B lead
* Erasers: Tombo Mono Zero, kneaded eraser, electric eraser
* Uni Posca Paint Marker PC-1M White (For bright white highlights)
* Blending Tools: soft filbert brush
