I know it's in portrate format, sorry. But it started as a quick short and became an interesting repair.
So I thought I'd share the full video anyway. It might save someones radio some day.
This Makita DMR102 Radio was stored in a shed. It didn't get wet, but condensation eventually worked its way inside and corroded the board and caused this small cap to rust off.
luckily it was a quick and cheap repair at 25 euro. But the question is now, how long will it last with the rest of the corrosion on the board.
