Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this video, we show you how to properly fuse a 4" (125mm) polypropylene (PPR) or polypropylene-random (PP-R) pipe and fitting using McElroy's Spider™ 125 socket fusion tool. Our operator goes through each step of the socket fusion process including seating and tightening the inserts into the machine, attaching and clamping the Spider 125 to the pipe, setting the stab depth gauge, operating the heater and applying force, and cooling the joint. Our demonstration was performed in a controlled, safe environment. We encourage others using any of our fusion equipment to follow the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's requirements for specific jobsites. This video does not take the place of qualification training. Visit www.mcelroy.com/fusion/training to enroll in training from the pipe fusion experts.
