In this video I go over how I germinate peach pits to produce more peach trees. Clear cups - https://amzn.to/3kQeq3c Step 1) Buy your fav peach from any locale market Step 2) Remove pit, eat peach (duh), rinse and let pit dry for several days Step 3) Place pit into small container with moist spoil. Step 4) Mark the date and place into the Frig for 3 months Step 5) After 3 months, remove from Frig and place in a warm, lighted area (add a little water if it seems dry) Step 6) Keep and eye on it from week to week but don't expect much for at least a month. If after two months you have nothing then you may want to water heavy and see what happens Step 7) After germination and you have a healthy plant with lots of roots, gently re-pot into a larger pot with good drainage. Step 8) Leave outside in a sunny location and keep watered for an entire season (at least one winter) Step 9) Plant into ground in an area with good full sun and good drainage Step 10) Mulch well and protect it with fencing for next year or two After you plant a peach tree, the first two years are devoted to growing the vegetation and structure of the tree. Peaches grow only on branches that are 1 year old, but a 2-year-old tree is usually not large enough to produce and support a standard crop. Expect a young peach tree to begin fruiting by the third year after you plant it In 3-5 years you will have your own Peach Orchard :)
