One of the first hires I ever made was a video editor to help me out with my channel. I'm SO glad I did this, because it's saved me tons of time, helped me to grow my channel a lot faster, and meant that I was still able to have a LIFE outside of YouTube.
(That's one of the "dark secrets" of being a YouTuber... even though it's an amazing and creative job, it can take ALL your time.)
