The fittings on the Pro-Flex flexible gas pipe are pretty straightforward. Once you figure out how to get the length to a fitting figured out, that part should go smoothly — if you have the correct tubing cutter (make sure you get one of those as other methods will not work). The manufacturer recommends eight foot spacing of straps, but I went with two foot spacing as anything else cased drooping of the pipe and I din not want that.
I used 3/4" one hole Rigid Pipe strapping on the run along the top of the side of the bottom chord because the line needed to be right at the top with nothing protruding over the top. I'll be using boards up there to access the attic to blow-in insulation ay some point. Make sure to use rigid pipe straps as the EMT ones are too small 😊
