Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Let’s re-lume a set of hands and a sandwich dial so that it’s brighter than a Seiko Prospex diver! In this video, we’ll outline every step involved in the luming process, from getting the ingredients required, to how to prepare the lume compound, and finally to the proper application of the lume compound onto the hands and dials. We are using our DIY Watch Club Lume Kit with the bulk of the tutorial, but we also used the Bergeon 5680 Luminous Compound Kit to compare their performance. Stay till the end to see how they fare against our kit! #lumeshot Timestamps: ▶ 00:00 - Introduction ▶ 00:29 - Lume kit, tools and ingredients needed ▶ 01:11 - Hand removal ▶ 01:53 - Removing old lume ▶ 02:32 - Method 1 for mixing lume compound ▶ 02:58 - Method 2 for lume compound for max brightness ▶ 05:42 - Applying lume compound onto watch hands ▶ 08:08 - Applying lume on a sandwich dial ▶ 09:15 - Dial and hand installation ▶ 09:25 - Comparison with Bergeon 5680 Lume Kit ▶ 10:06 - LUME SHOTS Tools used in this video: ▶ DIY Watch Club Luming Kit: https://shop.diywatch.club/collections/uv-flashlight-lume-tools ▶ Colorless 365 nm UV flashlight: https://shop.diywatch.club/collections/uv-flashlight-lume-tools/products/diy-watch-club-uv-flashlight Happy watchmaking!
