In this video, I will show how to make a 12V Lithium battery by using 18650 and 32650 Batteries.
I have designed 3D printed case for these batteries with a size nearly equal to the traditional 12V UPS battery.
I have also added BMS to protect the battery pack from different abnormal situations. Also added a capacity meter to check the voltage and capacity of the battery pack.

Battery Specifications:

1. LiFePo4 Battery : 12.8V / 6Ah , 830g
2. Li-Ion Battery - 11.1V / 18.2 Ah, 1250g
Note: Before using these batteries check the charger specification of your UPS. Usually, the 4S LiFePo4 battery pack is more suitable for this application because of its nominal voltage of 3.2V.
