Making a calzone or stromboli we all love isn't as hard as it has to be.
This video shows the 'roll' method and the 'fold' method for strombolis, and a fancy way to make a wonderful 'folded pizza' or calzone!
PS - Bake at 475 until browned to your liking! Note that if you stretch your dough too thin it could take VERY long to get the browning you enjoy.
