How to Make a CHEAP Low Lying Fog Chiller-With Doctor Terror Eyes

Dr. TerrorEyes has made a "Home-Made Fog Chiller How-To" demonstration video. The Doctor has created an updated, more efficient version than the typical Ice Chest Fog Chiller. The inside metal component is different and has many times the surface area of the typical 1/2" flat, square, metal wire grating.
