Make Coconut filling in a sauce pan.
Mix with whisk
1 c. Milk
1 Egg yolk
1/8 t.Salt
2T. Cornstarch
1/4 c. Sugar
Cook over medium heat until thickened
Add
2/3 c. Shredded Coconut
1-1/2 t. Vanilla
Set aside
Mix
1-2/3 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa powder
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Coconut oil
2 t. Vanilla
1-12 oz. pkg. Dark Chocolate chips
Mix
Put half in Buttered Bundt Pan
Spoon coconut filling over 1/2 cake batter
Top with the rest of the batter.
Bake 350' 50 min
Top with Buttercream frosting
1/2 Stick butter
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1t.Vanilla
About 2T.milk
Top with 1/2 c. Toasted Coconut
