Thank you for watching my video. My name is Jane and I live in the middle of Scotland, at the Gateway to the Scottish Highlands. I am a textile artist, botanical dyer and gardener, creating things with the plants that I grow in my garden.
In this week's video I am making a beautiful and sustainable seasonal wreath from dried honesty and tansy harvested from my garden.
🌼 You can get the free download of all the instructions here https://snapdragonlife.myflodesk.com/wreath
The DIY wreath is made on a simple willow and dogwood ring which I show you how to make here. https://youtu.be/LgZ5ed1DSow?si=JdyaAHqqcelPHFP6
It is a beautiful year round decoration, perfect to put up for the Winter Solstice or Christmas and keep up into the New Year. If you are interested in keeping your decorations very sustainable then this type of wreath is perfect as after you have finished with it you can put it straight onto the compost heap. They are very sturdy though and I tend to keep them for a few years.
