I hear quite a few Grand Teton pellet stove owners talk about how many pellets fail to make it into the burn pot from the pellet feed auger of their stove. My Grand Teton is no exception. It was not uncommon to scoop a quarter pound of raw pellets from the floor of the stove every day. It's not just a nuisance, it's wasteful. I have a fix for that. This video shows how to make a simple riser from sheet metal to sit on top of the burn pot to catch every pellet that falls from the pellet feed auger. No more wasted pellets!
