How i made this
3 rolls of 10" mesh 1- purple Deco poly mesh 1- green Deco poly mesh and the Deco poly Mardi Gras mesh
I did 30' Ruffles and all the way around the wreath form and alternated the colors . i then added 10" rolls in between the bottom ruffle and the top ruffle. i added 4 wire ribbons, tubing, ornaments.Mardi Gras pics and a jester doll to the center.
