Makes 6
Tian Zhong:
2T flour
2T water
4T milk
2.5 Cups bread flour
2T sugar
1t salt
1/2C milk heated to 90 degrees
1T instant yeast
2 eggs
3T butter softened
egg wash
butter for brushing
Sesame seeds for topping
(about $1.25 for everything)
BBQ Sauce:
2 cups ketchup ($0.45)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
(about $0.55 for everything)
McRib Patty:
1lb pork loin or pork chops ($3.49)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
(about $3.59 for everything)
Total $5.29
or $1.30 per portion
