Today I show you how to make a metal bender. I used drill machine to power this homemade metal bending machine. This one is a roller bender type metal bending machine. This homemade roller bender is very simple to make at home. This diy metal bender machine is very cheap to make at home. I used scrap metals in my metalworking workshop to make this homemade ring roller bender machine. This homemade metal bender has 3 rollers for bending the metals. This diy homemade metal bender needs very high torque to bend the metals. So I step down the drill machine speed by using the sprockets, chain, worm gear and worm shaft to increase the torque from the drill machine. This homemade metal bending machine is very small and compact in size. This diy ring roller bender can be used to bend mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass pipes, square pipes, flats, angles, channels. The construction of this homemade metal bending machine is very strong and rigid. This homemade roller bender can also be used for heavy duty applications. Very high thickness metals can also be bend very easily with this diy metal bender machine. This homemade metal bender works very good and this metal bender is very powerful. I really enjoyed in my metalworking workshop while making this diy metal bender. This homemade drill powered metal bending machine is a must have machine in every metalworking workshop.
