-A piece is 1 1/2"x 8 1/4"
Score on the 8 1/4" side at 1/2"; 3 1/2" and 5 1/2"
-B piece is 1 1/2"x 4"
Score on the 4" side at 1/2" and 3 1/2"
-C piece is 1/2"x 3 5/8"
Score on the 3 5/8 side at 1/2 and 2 1/8"
-Two D pieces are 3/8" x 2 1/2"
Score on the 2 1/2 side at 1/2"; 1" and 2"
