Join me for this super easy and beautiful quilt tutorial. It's a great project for beginning sewers and quilters. ******* SHOP MY FAVORITES! ******* https://www.amazon.com/shop/ericaarndt Supplies: (all supplies below are linked in my "shop Erica's favorites" link above!) Self-healing cutting mat Ruler Cotton thread in coordinating color, I used white. Rotary cutter Sharp scissors 2/3 yd. each of 5 different coordinating fabrics for quilt front 1 piece of backing fabric (55" x 75") 1 piece of fleece for the middle layer of your quilt (55" x 75") (I used white fleece because I liked that color for my quilt, but you can choose whatever color goes best with your fabric choices!) sewing machine & coordinating thread (I just used white) *** I cut all of my blocks 10"x10" square, but you can obviously use whatever size blocks you'd like. You can make your quilt larger or smaller to fit your needs. I used flannel for the top and bottom layers (the pretty fabrics) and plain white fleece in the center for batting. The pig fabric is regular quilting cotton, and the pink raised dot one is minky, so I used quite a mix of fabrics for this one! You can use whatever you like :) This project took me about 3 evenings to complete, and it turned out great!
