Here's how to make a smoothie: It's always a great day to make a healthy smoothie. Recipe:
1 - 30g Protein shake-vanilla (refrigerated)
3/4 c. frozen fruit
1/2 c. fresh or frozen spinach
Add all ingredients, shake, then blend.
