This project is part of a three-part educational series in collaboration with Shaper and their initiative to support high school shop teachers and bring woodworking back to the classroom. Shaper makes the Origin, a handheld CNC router that allows for the precision of digital fabrication while maintaining the tactile and intuitive experience of traditional woodworking techniques. Origin has an on-tool computer system that allows it to make real-time adjustments to your movements–ensuring you get clean, accurate results every time.
