Ripping thin strips on a table saw can be problematic without a special push stick or block, but using a thin rip jig can solve all of those issues and if you use scraps and items hanging around the workshop could have zero cost to boot. Sizes Base board 400mm x 200mm Stop Board 400mm x 50mm Recess in front of base board 50mm wide x 25mm deep.
