How to make a VTuber Blink in Live2d | Step by Step #Vtuber

►I need a week break after this one fellas. But seriously I hope this helps. It was about time I put up a long form video again. It's been a minute! This is a focus on the blink not on the entire eye movement. Though I do show my other parameters for the eyeball XY and physics parameters. I do not have plans of going into further detail.
