In todays YouTube video we demonstrate how to make a Norwegian sponge cake called Bløtkake. The sponge cake's name, its literal translation is "wet cake" in English.
We have made this one before and have now learnt from past mistakes and are aiming for success this time. After baking the cake, we cool it down and proceed to slice it into three layers. For the filling, we whip cream and mix it with strawberry jam then decorate it with strawberries. But will we have enough cream for the decoration?
Hopefully it wont be a Dollygate cake!
