In this video I will show you how to make an origami petunia flower, designed by Ujang Karnadi.
The Mayan and Incas believed that petunias have the power to chase away with their odor the underworld monsters and spirits. Their flower-beds were bunched together for magical drinks. According to the narrative, petunias cannot thrive in place of strong negative energy.
To make this origami flower of petunia, I use 20cm *20cm square of paper, then I cut it into a pentagon. This is really a beautiful flower, the base is simple but the shaping is a little bit hard. Good luck and happy folding :)
