In this recipe video demonstration, I show you how to make authentic Sicilian cannoli shells. This is a very simple recipe, and can be made even without using a paste machine, so long as the cannoli dough is rolled up until very thin, I'm talking 2mm to 3mm in thickness. If you are not using a pasta machine, I would also recommend adding half a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda to your dough with the dry ingredients to help the dough bubble when frying. Enjoy!
