Hello and welcome back, today I’m going to show you how easy it is to make Barbacoa at home. This is my go-to recipe; I think everyone raves about this recipe because it has an underground meat pit resemblance. It’s tender, juicy, melts in your mouth, and bursting with flavors. Most of the time, I pair this recipe with a salsa verde, but in today's recipe, I’m sharing a roasted salsa roja that is perfect for everything. Dip it, smother it, or just lean back and let me feed you King-style salsa, LOL, you're warned, Corazón. You’ll be asked to make this again and again, and they'll be devoured in seconds 🤭 I get asked often to make long videos, hope you enjoyed this one as much as I did making it with you. I know we all have a lot going on, and the time you spend with us doesn’t go unnoticed. We truly value and appreciate each and every one of you. I hope you have a memorable weekend. Thank you for being you. Con amor ❤️ Steph & Cloud
