Butter Sugar Roll Bread
(Ingredients) For 6 pieces
200 g bread flour
20 g sugar
5 g salt
4g instant dry yeast
10g unsalted butter
60g boiling water
60g milk
(For the topping)
80g unsalted butter
20g granulated sugar


Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 12 minutes
