Butter chicken recipe home made but restaurant style with great taste: Ingredients: Chicken breast marination: 1 kg chicken breast 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp salt 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder For best results marinate for 1 hour ( in hurry? Make 15 minutes 😊. Butter chicken creamy gravy: 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter 1 chopped onion 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 6 sliced tomatoes 50g cashew 300ml water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder Simmer for 15 minutes to soften the ingredients and for fine puree blend in food processor. For best result strain it again so the puree becomes so creamy and delicious 😋. Puree back to Same pan and add 2 tsbp butter, 2 tbsp cream, 1 tsp kasoori methi, mix well and sommer for 5-8 minutes.
