The International Cake Pops Day is on February 1st. In my new video I show how you can make Cake Pops at home. You can also se in my video a Cake Pops decorating tutorial.
I was asked by one of my sweet subscribers if I could make Cake pops with Unicorn, and therefore I have made Unicorn and many other decorations. I have kept the colors in pastel colors, I think they´re beautiful. For all my decorations there is a tutorial and if you have any questions, please write to me.
Finally, in the video I show how I make the cake that I use for the Cake Pops dough. I bake the cake in a large mold, so it doesn't need to be in the oven for so long. When the cake takes out of the oven and has rested for 5 minutes, I wrap it in plastic. I do that so the hard corners become soft. When you make the Cake Pops dough, it may crumble a little and have difficulty being together, it does so because you have been kneading it a lot so that the butter almost melts. To avoid that, you can put the dough in the frige for 15-30 minutes and then you´ll see that it will come together again.
