🔴INGREDIENTS PANCAKE PASTA
3 eggs
2 tea cups of water (480ml)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste)
2 cups of unleavened wheat flour (280g)
1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
((THE PASTA RENDERED 8 UNITS))
PANCAKE FILLING INGREDIENTS
500g of cooked and shredded chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon of green scent
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
oil
1 sachet of tomato sauce (340g)
Creamy curd (200g)
1 can of cream (200g)

PREPARATION METHOD OF PANCAKE CHICKEN FILLING
In a pan add olive oil and onion and cook over medium heat until the onion is slightly fried;
Add the garlic, stir until fried and add the pepper, saute for about two minutes;
Add the tomatoes and sauté for another two minutes;
Turn off the heat and then add the paprika, paprika, salt, mix and add the tomato extract;
Add the green smell and then add the chicken little by little, always mixing;
After mixing well, turn on the low heat and sauté for 5 minutes;
After the minutes, add the cream, cream cheese and stir for 2 minutes;
Adjust the salt and turn off the heat.
PREPARATION WAY OF PANCAKE PASTA
In a blender, place the eggs, water, oil, salt and wheat flour, beat until everything is well mixed;
Lightly grease the pan with olive oil or oil;
Turn on the medium heat, place small portions of the dough and spread it all over the pan making circular movements;
When it comes off the bottom of the pan and becomes lightly browned on the bottom, turn the pancake and fry on the other side, about 40 seconds on each side after the pan is hot;
Repeat this process with all the dough, greasing the pan after frying three to four pancakes.
PANCAKE ASSEMBLY
In a serving dish add tomato sauce;
Place the filling in the pancake batter, roll it up and take it to the platter so that the fold is facing downwards;
On top of the pancakes, add tomato sauce and cover with cheese;
Take it to the preheated oven at 180ºc for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
