To marinate:
Kashmiri chilli 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Onions 250 g
Ginger 30 g
Garlic 30 g
Shallots 100 g
Green chilli 4
Kashmiri chilli powder 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 3/4 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Tomato 4 (350g)
Curry leaves few
Salt
Sugar 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves few
